Dewey F. Edwards, 84, Largo, Fla., formerly of Eagle Grove, died Sunday, March 21, 2004, at Morton Plant Rehabilitation, Clearwater, Fla. He was born in Eagle Grove. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II and then in the FAA. He was an electrical engineer. He moved to Largo from McLean, Va. in 1972. His survivors include wife Ruth Edwards of 45 years; son Mike Edwards, Stuart, Fla.; grandchildren: Travis Edwards, Cole Edwards, Jazlyn Edwards and Sandra Edwards, all of Stuart, Fla.; and nephew Dr. Alan Edwards.He was a member of the VFW in New York and Military Officers Association of America.Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Serenity Gardens Chapel, Largo.
