Johnson 50th Wedding Anniversary

Jimmie and Colleen Johnson will be celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary with an Open House on Saturday, June 5, 2004 from noon until 4 p.m. at the Enclosed Shelter House at the north shore park of Lake Cornelia. The couple requests no gifts, please.

Hosting the Open House will be their children; David Hugh of Nevada, Lee Johnson and wife, Deb of Woodbridge, Virginia, Terry Simmons and husband, Steve of Winterset, John Johnson and wife, Lois of Winthrope, Patty Gangestad and husband, Dan, Kay Marker and husband, Brian, Laura Williams and husband, Jonathon, Jake Johnson and wife, Karianne all of Clarion. They have 23 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Jimmie Johnson and Colleen McDermott were united in married June 5, 1954 at the Sacred Heart Church in Eagle Grove. They have lived at Lake Cornelia for 35 years.
