Inez (Aarback) Neale, 88, of rural Kensett, died on Saturday, April 23, 2011, at the Manly Nursing and Rehab Center, Manly, Iowa. A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, Northwood, with the Rev. Tom Martin officiating. Burial was in the Kensett Cemetery.
Inez was born on Oct. 11, 1922, in Worth County, to Even and Clara (Banken) Aarback. She was baptized and confirmed at Elk Creek Lutheran Church, rural Kensett. She attended school in Kensett, graduating from the Kensett High School. Inez lived on the family farm where see attended to all types of animals. She throughly enjoyed farm life. Inez was a private individual, enjoying reading, raising flowers and inside plants. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Herbert; brother, Milton Aarback and his wife Olga. Inez in survived by a niece Karen Boettcher and her children, Clayton and Daniel Boettcher; a nephew Richard (Jeanette) Aarback and children Debra Oakland and Matt Aarback; also Herbert's children.
