Harriet Marie Kamish

A memorial service was held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Manly, Monday afternoon for Harriet (Mrs. Ed) Kamish, 69 of Inver Grove Heights, MN. and a former longtime resident of Manly. Mrs. Kamish died at the Divine Redeemer Hospital in South St. Paul, MN after a long illness.

The Rev. William Arquitt officiated at the service, with special musical selections provided by Alice Paulus.

The inurnment services were held privately, the body has been cremated.
Harriet M. Kamish was born February 17, 1924, the daughter of Jacob and Marie Popp of St. Paul, MN. She was married August 29, 1944 to Ed Kamish and they moved to Manly where he was employed on the Rock Island Railroad. They moved to Inver Grove Heights in the late 1960’s and continued to make their home there. Preceding her in death were her parents and on granddaughter, Lisa Winklbauer.

She is survived by her husband, Ed Kamish of 4355 63rd St. E., Inver Grove Heights, MN, five sons, Joe (Wendy) Winklbauer, Lake Mills, IA, Richard (Kay) Kamish, Inver Grove Heights, MN, Gary (Bunnie) Kamish, St. Paul Park, MN, Jim (Connie) Kamish, Manly, and Robert Kamish, Albert Lea, MN. One daughter, Eunice Rinnels, South St. Paul, MN, and 21 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
