IDA PETZNICK RITES THURSDAY AT GRAFTON

Osage – Funeral services for Ida Petznick, 86, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church at Grafton. The Rev. Carleton Rohr will officiate. Burial will be in the Grafton Cemetery.

Mrs. Petznick was born Ida Bartz, April 23, 1875, to John and Amelia Bartz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gustav, who died in May 1956.

Surviving are four children, Verna, Erma, Arnold and Clarence. The champion Funeral Home, Osage, is in charge of arrangements.

Ida (Bartz) Petznick, was born in Newburg Township, Mitchell, Iowa, the daughter of John August and Albertina (Bruss) Bartz. She married Gustav Petznick, the son of William and Louise (Feldt) Petznick.
