MRS. MITCHELL DIES, FUNERAL TO BE TUESDAY
Olga (Mielke) Mitchell

Northwood -- Funeral services for Mrs. Alex (Olga) Mitchell, 60, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Bakke Funeral Chapel and at 2 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church. The Rev. Otto C. Staehling will officiate and burial will be in Sunset Rest Cemetery.

Mrs. Mitchell died Saturday at Mercy Hospital, Mason City, after being a patient there for 10 weeks. She had been ill for a year.

She was born as Olga Mielke, August 8, 1896, at Lotts Creek, the daughter of August Mielke and Matilda Miller Mielke. She married Alex Mitchell June 25, 1939, at Waterloo. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Northwood American Legion Auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband; a son, Harold F. Seeger, Riverside, Ill.; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Lucille) Arens, Oak Park, Ill.; a brother, William Mielke, Northwood, and two sisters, Hattie Mohr, Waterloo, and Florence Macumber, Algona.
