Adeline Hannah Loverink

NORTHWOOD -- Adeline Hannah Loverink, 72, of 2321 470th St., died Wednesday (Dec. 18, 1996) at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Northwood Baptist Church, with the Rev. Robert Luebbert officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, St. Paul, Minn. Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Conner Colonial Chapel, 99 11th St. S., and also one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.

Adeline Hannah Loverink was born Feb. 1, 1924, at St. Paul, Minn., the daughter of Frank and Anna (Tomacek) Gajdosik.

She married Everett Loverink on June 15, 1946, at the Temple Baptist Church, St. Paul, Minn.

Adeline loved to play the piano and sing, and enjoyed family gatherings. She kept a daily dairy and loved to write many letters to friends and relatives. She especially enjoyed reading her Bible early every morning. Adeline loved the Lord with all her heart, and was a witness to those around her. She left to her children a Christian heritage which is the greatest treasure of all. She was a member of the Northwood Baptist Church and sang in the choir.

Survivors include her husband, Everett Loverink, Northwood; seven children, Anna Housholder and her husband, Robert of Janesville, Calif.; Rose Beenken and her husband, Gordon of Northwood; Rebecca Trostheim and her husband, Jerry, of Mason City; Evelyn Henning and her husband, Ernie, of Fertile; Deborah Hanson and her husband, Greg, of Hutchinson, Minn.; Bruce Loverink, Northwood; and Adeline Benson and her husband, David, of Lyle, Minn.; 12 grandchildren, Alyssa and Taima Housholder, Janesville, Calif.; Aaron and Shaun Trostheim, Mason City; Alexandra, Chad and Jesse Henning, Fertile; Kelly Hanson, Hutchinson, Minn.; and Heidi, Davis, Carrie and Brad Benson, Lyle, Minn.; four sisters, Vivian Dille and her husband, Robert, of San Jose, Calif.; Helen Jackson, Mary Ann Gajdosik and Irene Piper, all of St. Paul, Minn.; one brother, Richard Gaydosik and his wife, Joyce, of Minneapolis, Minn.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
