Steven Merle Aase, age 57, of Northwood, died Thursday, September 21, 2006. Funeral services were held September 25, 2006, at l:30 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church in Northwood. He was buried in South Shell Rock Cemetery near Northwood

He was born on March 9, 1949 to Merle and Sally Aase in Albert Lea, MN. He was a 1967 graduate Northwood-Kensett high . He lived his entire life on the on the Aase family farm near Northwood. Steve married Sharon Amundson on August 13, l977 in Northwood.

Steve is survived by his wife Sharon and his daughter, Debra McDole of Marshalltown, Iowa; his parents, Merle and Sally Aase of Northwood; brother Larry and his wife Jackie of Port Townsend, WA; also many other relatives and friends.
