Ernest Letzring

Ernest Letzring is a native of Prussia, born Sept. 27, 1848. He was raised on his father's farm, and came to America in 1872. He settled near Madison, Wis., and the same year went to Mitchell Co., Iowa, and in 1880, entered eighty acres of land on section 18, of Barton township, Worth county. On Dec. 20, 1874, he was married to Henrietta Krusemark. They are the parents of four children—Otto, Anna, Freddie and Lizzie. Mr. Letzring and family are members of the Lutheran Church.
