28 February 1959Clarence Kueny, 56, Danbury, died Friday at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.
Mr. Kueny was born January 29, 1903 in Woodbury County. He spent his entire lifetime on a farm near Danbury.
Survivors include four brothers, William of Mapleton, Ia., Frank of Sioux City, Jacob of Fort Dodge, Ia., and Xavier of Phoenix, Ariz.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a. m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic church, Danbury, with Rev. Richard V. Sweeny officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of the Walter funeral home of Mapleton.
The rosary will be recited at 8 p. m. Sunday at the funeral home.

5 March 1959Clarence Kueny, son of Jacob and Mary Kueny, was born January 29, 1903 in Woodbury County and died Friday February 27, 1959 at a Sioux City hospital following a short illness. He was 56 years old. Mr. Kueny had spent his entire life on a farm near Danbury.

Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's, catholic church in Danbury with Rev. Richard V. Sweeney officiating.
Pallbearers were: Lester Kueny, Maurice Kueny, Francis Kueny, Clarence Kueny, Paul Kueny and John Kueny. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery in Danbury under the direction of the Walter funeral home.
