Pending word from relatives' arrangements for the funerals of Mrs. E. F. Whitney, 43; Bobbie, 3, a son, and Lee, 3 1/2, an adopted son, who were suffocated when fire damaged their home at 1912 W. First street Tuesday evening have been delayed, Mr. Whitney, the widower, said.

Mrs. Whitney was born May 24, 1902, in Batavia, la. The family resided here about three years. They had 1ived in St. Louis, Mo., before coming here, Mr. Whitney was employed at the Wincharger corporation plant.

Survivors, besides the widower, are two sisters, Mrs. M. Suber of Sioux City and Mrs. Eva Wilder of Everett, Wash.; seven brothers, Fay Rupe of Everett, James of Detroit; Robert of Montpelier, la.; Cpl. Paul of Fort Leavenworth, Kan., and John, Richard and Alan, all of Sioux City. There are 10 nieces and nine nephews.

Robert Dean was born December 20, 1942, in St. Louis and Lee Roger was born June 15, 1942, also in St. Louis.

The bodies were taken to the O'Toole-Gunn Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. E. F. Whitney, 43, her son, Bobbie, 3, and an adopted son, Lee, 3 1/2, who were suffocated Tuesday afternoon when fire damaged their home, 1912 W. First street will be held at 2 p. m. Monday in Whitfield Methodist church.

Rev. H. M. Burns will officiate. Burial will be in Logan Park cemetery under direction of the O'Toole-Gunn funeral home
