MRS. JESSIE L. SUNDQUIST

Mrs. Jessie L. Sundquist, 47, 4530 Perry way, died Tuesday at her home after a long illness.

She was born April 30, 1898, at Charter Oak, la.

A member of Trinity Lutheran church, Mrs. Sundquist formerly was superintendent of the beginners' department and superintendent of the women's organization at the church.

Mrs. Sundquist came to Sioux City 45 years ago with her parents. She attended Central high school here. She was married to Arthur D. Sundquist June 15, 1925, here.

Survivors besides the widower include two daughters, Arjes Ann and Aarele Dawn, both at home; her mother, Mrs. Lena Speaker of Long Beach, Cal., and three brothers, Grant A. Speaker of Long Beach, Lee Speaker of Mount Pleasant, la., and Dr. Mark Speaker of Fairfield, la.

The body was taken to the Anderson funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie L. Sundquist, 47, 4530 Perry way, who died Tuesday at her home after a long illness, will be held at 2 p. m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran church.

Rev. Walter A. Voss will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery under the direction of the Anderson funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Van Hammerstrom, Walter Lindgren, Ernest Johnson, William Peterson, Gerald McMahon and Floyd Anshutz.
