Catherine Perez, 4, 323 S. Iowa Street, died Friday in a hospital after a five-month illness. She was born in Sioux City, December 13, 1939.

Surviving are the father, Carl; a brother, Jesse, and a sister Frances, all of Sioux City. The body was taken to Perasso Bros. funeral home.
