Angel Amanda Chasse was born August 4, 1978, in Kansas City, MO. the daughter of Okel Lockamy and Gayla (Steve) Saxton. She grew up in Excelsior Springs, MO.
In 1984 Angel moved to Spencer, Iowa area, and then later she moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota where she went to middle and Jr. High School, receiving a Presidential Award. Angel then moved to Sheldon, Iowa, where she graduated from MOC High School with honors. Angel was in the top three of her class. She loved the Speech-Mock trial tournaments and the Debate Sessions. Angel was a huge Garth Brooks fan. She talked nonstop about everything Garth was doing. Angel would go on about when his tours were going to be, how his wife and kids were doing, and always knew when a new album or song would be coming out.
Her and her brother, Samuel would always be texting each other about everything, weather it was crazy and just weird stuff, or just to say hi, what’s up. And always letting mom know what was up. Angel was especially fond of her stepdad Steve. To Angel he could fix anything and everything.
