Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for baby Harold S. Taylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence G. Taylor living three miles southeast of Kingsley.

Last Saturday as the little one was innocently amusing itself by the side of a cook stove reservoir placed in the yard, it fell into it face down and soon suffocated in an inch of water caused by the recent rain. In a few moments the babe was discovered by a little sister but too late.

The child was but one year and fifteen days old. The funeral service was held at the home with Rev. Steele of the Congregational church officiating. Burial was in Good Hope Cemetery.
