Mrs. Richard (Debra) Foster, 34, 3404 Pierce St., died Friday.

The body was cremated. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Banner Township Cemetery in Lawton, Iowa. The Rev. Ralph A. Wallin, pastor of St. Lukes Lutheran Church, will officiate. Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel is in charge.

Mrs. Foster, the former Debra Sheets, was born Dec. 9, 1950, in Sioux City. Most of her life was spent in Sioux City. She was a graduate of East High School. She worked for five years with the Burlington Northern Railroad as a brakeman. She was active in the Foster Home program.

She married Richard J. Foster June 10, 1983, in Sioux City.

She was a member of St. Lukes Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Misty; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John F. Sheets of Sioux City; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Earl Harrison of Sioux City.

Memorials may be given to the Florence Crittenton Home in her name.

The death was ruled a suicide by the Woodbury County medical examiner.
