Funeral services for Henry Rance Albert, 84, of Lawton who died unexpectedly Tuesday night, will be at 2 p. m. Monday at the Presbyterian church at Lawton. Rev. George Cox will officiate. Burial will be in the Banner township cemetery at Lawton under direction of the McCulloch funeral home.

Mr. Albert was born June 4, 1875, in Coshocton County, O. He came to Iowa with his parents at the age of 7. They lived east of Moville for a time and later near Kingsley.

He married Miss Rose Anne Murphy on November 23, 1898, at Kingsley. They fanned near Kingsley and later 5 miles east of Moville. In 1903 they moved to Lawton where he owned a recreation parlor for 40 years. Following sale of the business he continued to work for the new owner.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Leslie Quintard, sr., of Lawton and Mrs. Bill Gregory of La Crescenta, Cal.; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Lew of Kingsley.
