Mrs. Otto Eisentraut – Buried at Rock Branch

Mrs. Otto Eisentraut, 60, the former Lena Fenton, was born at Harlan, Shelby County, Iowa. When a young girl she moved to the Mapleton community with her parents, were she resided until the time of her marriage. After her marriage she moved with her husband to the Lucky Valley community of Anthon, where they resided until a few years ago when they moved to a farm near Moville. Death came to relieve Mrs. Eisentraut, late last week after a lingering illness.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday in the M. E. Church at Rock Branch by Rev. Metcalf who preached in the Lucky Valley church as his first charge, many years ago. His first funeral services was for Mr. Eisentraut, father-in-law of the deceased. Interment was made in the Rock Branch Cemetery.

Survivors include the widower and two daughters, Mrs. Ila Wever and Miss Elsie Eisentraut all of Moville.

The deceased was a cousin of Mrs. C.D. Sanford. Mr. Eisentraut is an uncle of Mrs. John Moon.
