MOVILLE, Iowa - Mona M. Cooper, 70, Moville, died unexpectedly Thursday, Dec. 30, 1993, at her home.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Rock Branch United Methodist Church in rural Anthon, with the Rev. Walt Bernard officiating. Burial will be in the Fairfield Cemetery, rural Anthon. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Monday at the McCulloch Funeral Home in Moville.

Mrs. Cooper was born March 22, 1923, at Stanton, Neb., daughter of James and Mona (Waldo) Adams. They moved to Anthon in 1935. She was a 1941 Anthon High School graduate, and married Carroll Cooper Feb. 11, 1943, at Omaha. They farmed in the Anthon area until moving to a farm near Moville in 1972.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Rock Branch United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Clair (Mary) Jaacks of Moville and Mrs. Bill (Jan) Snyder of Fairfield, Ohio; a granddaughter, Jaci Jaacks, and three grandsons, Jeff Jaacks and Billy and Sean Snyder, and a brother, Mike Adams of Stanton, Neb.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and a sister.
