Thomas G. Moulin, 78, 2411 S. Clinton street, died in a hospital Monday night after suffering a heart attack at Hornick.

Mr. Moulin was born in Vermillion, S. D., April 29, 1869. He lived there until the age of 12 when he moved with his parents to Holly Springs, Ia., where he resided until 1936, moving then to Sioux City.

He married Mary C. Davis in Sioux City July 15, 1891. He was a member of the Holly Springs Methodist church.

Survivors include the widow; four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Tudehope, Mrs. Eva Tudehope and Mrs. Ava Noble, all of Sioux City, and Mrs. Agnes Goodno of Lake Park, Ia.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A son William C. Moulin died in 1913.

The body was taken to the W. Harry Christy funeral home in Morningside.
