Sioux City -- Melissa “Missy” Lee Sullivan, 49, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, in Sioux City.
Services will be held 2 p.m. on Monday at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave.
Melissa was born on Nov. 21, 1971 to James and Joell (Keller) Sullivan. Melissa was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved her children and grandchildren with all she had. She enjoyed playing bingo and going on car rides. She was an outgoing and very funny woman. Melissa will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
Melissa is survived by her daughters, Hope Pippitt and Holli Pippitt, both of Sioux City; three grandchildren Azalea Bassett, Baelfire Bassett, and Callahan Pippitt, all of Sioux City; sister, Sheila (Victor) Ahrens of Sioux City; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Joell Sullivan; son, Blake Sullivan; and sister, Mary Sullivan.
