MRS. DENNIS ALLEN

Mrs. Dennis Allen, 25, Hornick, died at a Sioux City hospital Thursday night after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Phillip Catholic Church in Hornick. The Rev. Thomas Munn will officiate. Burial will be in Willow Township Cemetery, Holly Springs, under the direction of the Wood Funeral Home of Sloan.

The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

The former Angela Gorshe, Mrs. Allen was born July 31, 1946. in Des Moines. She was married to Dennis Allen July 9, 1965, at Oto. She formerly was employed in the office at St. Vincent Hospital in Sioux City.

Survivors are the widower; a son, Richard at home; a daughter, Rebecca at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Gorshe of Hornick; two brothers, Robert Gorshe of Biloxi, Miss., and Michael of Hornick; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Virginia) Haffner of Aurora, Colo., and Miss Mary Gorshe of Hornick; and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gorshe of Des Moines.
