Tamara K. Ingalls

SIOUX CITY - Tamara L. Ingalls, 49, of Sioux City passed away Thursday, July 2, 2000, at Indian Hills Nursing and Rehab Center.

Abiding by the families wishes, cremation had taken place. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Kenny Hsu officiating. A fellowship and refreshments will follow at Steinbeck's Pub at 3929 Floyd Blvd. in Sioux City. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel.

Tamara was born April 20, 1960, in Hastings, Neb., to Edwin and Betty (Jones) Riggs. She received her education at North High School in Sioux City before continuing her education at Western Iowa Tech Community College for pharmacy technician.

She married Kenneth Ingalls on April 19, 1992, in Sioux City.

She enjoyed camping and listening to country music, especially Alan Jackson. She was very generous, which showed with her love of animals; and her dog, Pookey, holds a special place in her heart.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Ingalls; her mother, Betty Riggs of Sioux City; a sister, Brenda and her husband, Ron Cason, of Sioux City; a brother, Tom Riggs and his wife, Susan, of Hastings, Neb.; eight nieces; seven grandnieces; and two grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Riggs, and an infant brother, Monte Riggs.
