16 April, 2009SIOUX CITY -- Chester Warren Tolles, 64, of Hartford, S.D., formerly of Sioux City, died Saturday, April 11, 2009, at his residence.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Morningside Presbyterian Church in Sioux City. A complete obituary may be viewed at www.minnehahafuneralhome.com.
Chester entered the U.S. Navy in 1963, where he served for 26 years.
Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Marcia of Hartford; his children, Timothy, Tracy (Helga) and Laurie Chamberlin, all of Ledyard, Conn.; five grandchildren, Terry, Ashley and Joey Chamberlin and Tricia and Erin Tolles; his mother, Rachel of Sioux City; and two sisters, Elaine (Ed) Divis of Sioux City and Marilyn (Scott) Larsen of Minneapolis.
He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Warren Tolles; and a sister, Jeanne.
