Cook – In Sioux City, Iowa, Sunday, March 10, 1912, Samuel L. Cook, at his home, 407 West First Street, of paralysis, aged 59 years. The funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon at 105 Market Street. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery.
