Mrs. Ida Williams Dies From Cancer of stomach

Mrs. Ida Williams, wife of Edd C. Williams, general traveling agent for the Chicago Union Stock Yards company, died in a local hospital last night from cancer of the stomach. Mrs. William had undergone an operation on Sunday, the second within two months.

The deceased was born in New York state and was 55 years old. Her maiden name was Mack. She was married to Mr. Williams 15 years ago, being then Ida Smart. The Sioux City residence for the last several years has been 1712 Pierce Street. Mrs. Williams was an active member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church until her health failed her.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
