Ill For About Three Years
Had Wide Acquaintance at Stock Yards, Where He Had Been A Cattle Salesman for Rosenstock Bros. for Fifteen YearsGeorge H. Franklin, 41 years old, of 1317 South Class Street, Morningside, died yesterday afternoon at a local hospital following operations for gall stones and appendicitis. He had been in poor health for about three years.
Mr. Franklin, who was employed by Rosenstock Bros. as a cattle salesman for the last fifteen years, had a wide acquaintance among men at the stock yards and shippers who send stock to the Sioux City market. He was a thirty-second degree Mason and a Shriner.
Mr. Franklin is survived by his wife, three brothers, all of Sioux City and a sister, Mrs. M. Smith of Vancouver, B.C.
