Chad Michael Andersen, 46, of Nixa, formerly Sioux City, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, from injuries sustained in a car accident.
Services will be 3:30 p.m. today in the Calumet Shelter at Stone State Park in Sioux City, 5001 Talbot Road. We want to extend an invitation to the many people who were blessed by the huge presence Chad left on those he encountered.
Chad will be waiting with open arms for the many loved ones he left behind.
He is survived by his parents, Ron and Diane Andersen of Nixa; his cherished sister, Kristi Brummel and her husband, Darren Brummel of Nixa; his devoted wife of 24 years, Shelly Andersen and their two children, Chase and Cassidy Andersen, all of Nixa; and his best friend of over three decades, Chad Rachuy of South Sioux City.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his brother-in-law, Greg Madsen, whom he adored and who left us way too early as well.
