Miss Flora L. Bell 1855 - 1939

Mrs. Flora L. Bell, 84, resident of Sioux City for the last 30 years, died Wednesday noon in her home, 1214 Douglas. The body is in the West-Heaton-Richards Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bell, born March 5, 1855, at Auroa, Indiana, moved to LeMars, Iowa in 1887 and came to Sioux City in 1909. She was married in Indiana to Robert Bell, who died several years ago. She was a member of the Methodist Church at LeMars.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Eva Duncan of Sioux City; a son, Harry H. Bell of Sioux City; a sister, Mrs. Irene Betsworth of Canton, Ohio, two grandchildren and one great grandchild

Funeral services for Mrs. Flora L. Bell, 84, 1214 Douglas, were conducted Friday at 2 p.m. in the West-Heaton-Richards Chapel with Rev. George W. Dunn officiating. The body was sent to LeMars, Iowa for burial. Mrs. Bell, Sioux City resident for the last 30 years, died Wednesday noon in her home.
