Fred DuBois – 1874 - 1939

Fred DuBois, 64, of 5310 ½ Morningside Avenue, died Thursday night in a local hospital after an illness of heart disease of two weeks.

Mr. DuBois, resident of Sioux City the last 35 years and an employee of the Sioux City Seed Company 20 years, was born October 16, 1874, in Independence, Iowa. He was married November 29, 1932 to Flora Rice, his only immediate survivor.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Ivan Winter Chapel. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery. Rev. Henry Otten will officiate.
