Robert P. Moore, 65, of Sioux City, passed away Monday, April 2, 2018, at Casa de Paz Nursing and Rehab, after a courageous battle with Squamous cell carcinoma.

Memorial services will be 4 p.m. Sunday at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Burial will be held at a later date. Visitation will be 2 p.m. until service time Sunday at the funeral home.

Bobby was born on July 18, 1952, in Sioux City, to Robert and Rita (Mackey) Moore. He attended Sioux City schools and received an associate's degree in carpentry from Kirkwood Community College. Following college, Bobby served with the U.S. Marine Corps for two years.

Bobby was a member of the Laborer's Union and had worked for John Small Construction, Klinger Construction, and B.B. Anderson in Texas, among others.

Bobby enjoyed fishing, doing ceramics, and did amazing leather work. Bobby was a diehard fan of the Denver Broncos.

Survivors include his children, Melina Salazar, Jacob (Stephanie) White, and Rachel White; siblings, Charlene (David) Dunscomb, Denise (Bob) Holsinger, Mike (Melissa) Moore, Theresa Cleveland, and Patrick (Margie) Moore; and grandchildren, Patrick, Jacob Jr., Brooke, Jaxon, Alexander, Gail, Alexandria, Anna, John, and Sydney.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents.
