Vincent McMahon, 56, of Moville, a rural mail carrier for the last 32 years, died Tuesday in an Iowa City Hospital following an illness of three months.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Michael’s Catholic Church at Kingsley. Rev. Robert O’Reilly will officiate. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery at Moville under the direction of Stiles Funeral Home.

Mr. McMahon was born September 17, 1886, in Moville and had lived there all of his life. He married Vina Robinson at Dakota City, Nebraska in 1910.

Surviving besides the widow, are two sons, Aireal E. of Stuart, Iowa and Gaylord of Camp Cook, California; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Weber and Miss Virginia McMahon, both of Moville and three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Brunk of Long Beach, California, Mrs. Susie Potter of Lynwood, California and Mrs. Josephine Gothier of Santa Maria, California.
