Beulah P. (Means) Gearen Mitchell, 89, of Hurst, Texas, formerly of Sioux City died Sunday January 9, 2000 in Hurst.

Services were held Tuesday, January 12 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel in Colleyville, Texas. Burial was in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Mitchell was born October 24, 1910 in Castana, Iowa. She had been a resident of Sioux City for 75 years, where she was a homemaker.

While living in Sioux City, she was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and Carmalite Society.

Survivors include a son and his wife, John “Pat” and Peggy Gearen Sr. of North Richland Hills, Texas; a daughter, Gerene “Jerri” Hill of Miami; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
