Roberta Elaine Zublis, 57, of Sioux City, died Friday, January 21, 2000.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel with the Rev. John Tollefson, of the Open Bible Church in Sioux City, officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Zublis was born July 8, 1942, in Sioux City, the daughter of Robert Revia and Martha Sperle. She grew up in Sioux City and attended Longfellow, West Jr., and graduated from East High School in 1960.

She married Joseph Zublis in 1961. They were later divorced.

She was a member of Open Bible Church.

She enjoyed reading and crocheting.

Survivors include a sister and her husband, Renee A. and Frederick “Tony” Gagnon; a brother, Robert Revia of Seattle; a son, Robert E. Zublis; Robert’s ex-wife, Paullette Thompson; four daughters; Renee and her husband, Steve Dattolico, Amanda and her husband, Tom Clark, Lisa and her husband, Jerry King and Toni Downing, all from Sioux City; nine grandchildren; Cody and Jodi Zublis, Megan, Mindi and Steve Dattolico, Tommy Clark, Robert, Anthony and Andrew Zublis and two special friends, Jim Nelson and Yung Tran.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son.
