Todd M. Weaver, 50, of South Sioux City, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, at his residence.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Tony Hale officiating. Visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be given at www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Todd was born May 30, 1967, in Sioux City, the son of Ted Melvin and Rita Joyce (Sparks) Weaver. He attended South Sioux City schools. Todd worked as a custodian for the Woodbury County Courthouse and the Argosy Casino for many years. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid Nebraska Cornhusker fan.

Todd was a very hard worker and had great love and pride for his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his father, Ted Weaver of South Sioux City; three children, Kayne and his wife, Nicolle Weaver, of Dakota Dunes, Kayla Weaver and Keyana Weaver, both of South Sioux City; the girls' mother, Melper Weaver; five grandchildren, Madison, Payton, Brady, Easton, and Taylor; sisters, Sandra and her husband, Bob Lambert, of Henderson, Nev., Sheila and her husband, Cliff Morris, of Urbandale, Iowa, and Kathie Smith of Henderson, Nev.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rita Weaver; brother-in-law, Thomas Smith; and a niece, Cassandra Morris.
