Vickie Jensen, 58, of South Sioux City, died Sunday, June 25, 2017, at a Sioux City hospital.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.

Vickie Joann Jensen was born on Aug. 18, 1958, in Sioux City, the daughter of Bobby and Betty (Cobb) Jensen. She graduated from East High School in 1976.

Vickie worked at Zimco Supply and later for Ben Fish Tire Company, where she retired in September 2016 reluctantly, due to health. She also worked during the years for Covington Links and South Ridge Golf Course.

Vickie enjoyed her trips to Colorado to see her daughter and grandson. Vickie and Mike were avid Nebraska fans.

She is survived by her daughter, Ronelle (Greg) Rule of Grand Junction, Colo.; her sisters, Gerri (Monty) Stoltze of Fordland, Mo., and Connie (Larry) Young of Sioux City; her grandson, Breckin Rule; her stepmother, Mary Kathleen Jensen of Sioux City; her significant other, Michael Fritz Sr. of South Sioux City; and her nephews and niece, Bobby and Jeremy Stoltze and Monica Bailey. She was also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and many close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
