Rose M. Kahl, 83, of Sioux City died Friday, March 20, 1998, at her residence of complication from Alzheimer Disease.

Memorial services will be at noon Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with the Rev. Joseph Dillinger officiating. There will be no visitation. Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Kahl was born April 14, 1914 in Braddock, N.D., the daughter of Henry and Rosina (Hahn) Bibelheimer. She attended Dickinson Teachers College and taught in North Dakota.

She married Jacob Kahl on May 23, 1942, in Lemmon, S.D. The couple moved to Sioux City in 1952. Died January 19, 1995 in Sioux City.
She had owned and operated Team Electronics from 1952 to 1976.

She was a member of Blesses Sacrament Catholic Church and the Confraternity.

Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Judy and Mike Greiner of Sioux City; two sons, Thomas of Sioux City and Steve of Mary Ester, Florida; her nephew, with whom she lived, and his wife, Roger and Bernie Hess of Sioux City; two brothers, Alfred Bibelheimer of Bismark, N.D. and Rueben Bibelheimer of Simi, California and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Alma, Sadie and Violet, and four brothers, Emil, Rudolph, Ben and Carl.

Memorials may be directed to the Big Sioux Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
