Wesley “Wag” A. Shattuck, age 75, of Mapleton, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at his residence of Mapleton, Iowa.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 23, 2017 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Mapleton, Iowa. Father Dan Greving will officiate. Military Rites will be conducted at the church by the Leslie F. Seaton Post No. 666 of the American Legion of Smithland, Iowa. Inurnment will be held at a later date at the Little Sioux Township Cemetery of Smithland, Iowa.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary Service held at 7:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Armstrong – Van Houten Funeral Home of Mapleton, Iowa.
