SIOUX CITY | Marcella Arlene (Kuhlmann) Schoo of Mesa, Ariz., a former longtime Sioux City resident, returned to her heavenly home on Feb. 27, 2017.

Marcella married Ronald "Ron" Schoo on July 11, 1965, at St. John's Catholic Church in Waterloo, Iowa, then moved to Sioux City, where she worked as a nurse at Mercy Medical Center until 1985.

Survivors include her daughters, Christina M. Schoo, Beth Ann Badger (James L.), and Kathleen M. Schoo, all in the Phoenix, Ariz. area; a son, Richard "Ricky" M. Schoo of Kingston, Ore.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three great-stepgrandchildren; two brothers, Raleigh W. Kuhlman (Marilyn) in Mesquite, Nev., and Lawrence "Larry" D. Kuhlman (Judy) of Chandler, Ariz.; a sister, Pamela A. Clark (Norm) in Prescott Valley, Ariz.; one uncle, Maurice "Dutch/Irish" Harn, and one aunt, Rosemary Schiltz, both in Iowa; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marcella now shares her heavenly home with her mother and father along with her brother, Vincent S. Kuhlman, and his wife, Audrey; a brother, Raymond P. Kuhlman; and her grandparents, Edward J. and Mary R. (Lamb) Harn.
