26 January 2017SIOUX CITY | Roman Grondek, 68, of Papillion, Neb., formerly of Sioux City, passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Stephen The Martyr Catholic Church in Omaha. Visitation will be 1 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary in Papillion. Condolences may be sent online to www.kahlerdolcemortuary.com.
Roman is survived by his mother, Aniela Grondek; his children and their spouses, Elizabeth and Andrew Von Seggren of Papillion, Allison and Brian Davis of Papillion, and Andrew Grondek of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; grandchildren, Kennedy Davis, Landen Von Seggren, and Madalynne Davis; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Mary Jane Grondek of Chicago; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley Grondek; and his wife, Cathy.
Memorials may be directed to Papillion American Legion Post 32 or Papillion V.F.W. Post.
