Jonathon Edward Culp, 29, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Sioux City, died Monday, March 2, 1998, in a accident.

Services were held Friday, March 6, at Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home in Phoenix. Burial will be in Sedona, Ariz., at a later date.

Mr. Culp was born July 5, 1968, in Queens, N.Y. and moved to Phoenix at an early age. He moved to Sioux City in 1988, where he was employed with Gateway 2000. He returned to Phoenix.

He attended Morningside Assembly of God in Sioux City.

Survivors include his son, Jonny; his mother and step-father, Carolyn and Reggie Prashaw; his special friend and her children, Maricela Ortega and Patricia, Christina, and EMILIO, all of Phoenix, and his former foster parents, Bill and Dot Gapp of Cortez, Colo.
