Alice G. Kinsella, 86, formerly of Sioux City died Saturday, May 7, 2005, at Embassy Rehabilitation Care Center in Sergeant Bluff following a lengthy illness.

She has been cremated. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Good Hope Cemetery, south of Cherokee, Iowa, with the Rev. Jim Steen officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel.

Alice G. Kinsella was born may 19, 1919, in Cherokee, Iowa, the daughter of J. Albert and Ida (Nilsen) Bjorkman.

She was of the Lutheran faith and a member of the Carpenter's Auxiliary.

She is survived by a sister, Mary Bjorkman of Sioux City; a brother and his wife, Earl G. and Doris Bjorkman of Edgewood, N.M.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Martha Bjorkman; and two brothers, Glenn and Clarence Bjorkman.
