Thomas A. Faith, 67, 2618 Prospect Street, died in a hospital following a long illness. He had resided here for 40 years. He was a carpenter.

Mr. Faith was born in Percyville, Iowa November 30, 1874. He was a member of Trimble Methodist Church.

Surviving are the widow, Clara; five daughters, Mrs. Roy Crabb, Mrs. Helen Neil and Miss Viola Faith, all of Sioux City; Mrs. Harry Eybers of Butte, Mont., and Miss Hazel Faith of Minneapolis; two sons, Thomas Jr. and Lyle both of Sioux City; and a brother, Fred of Portland, Oregon.

In charge of arrangements is the Anderson Funeral Home.
