Resident Here For 40 Years Passes Away

Mrs. Wilhelmina Rieche, 85, a resident of Sioux City for the past 40 years, died at a Sioux City hospital today, after an illness of Bright’s disease.

Born in German August 29, 1841, Mrs. Rieche settled in Iowa as soon as she arrived in the United States. Recently she had lived with relatives at Storm Lake, Iowa, but had returned to Sioux City for admission to a hospital for treatment.

Mrs. Rieche is survived by two granddaughters, Mrs. T.W. Delaney, 3105 Correctionville Road and Mrs. F. E. Rockwell, of Storm Lake.

The body is at Samuels Bros. Funeral Home, pending funeral arrangements.
