31 October 2014SIOUX CITY | Jean Marie Roberts formerly of Sioux City died Oct. 19, 2014, in Las Vegas, Nev., following a lengthy illness.
Services were held Oct. 23 in Henderson, Nev. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Calvary Cemetery, Sioux City.
Jean was born on Oct. 25, 1932, the daughter of Lloyd and Alice Brogan. She grew up in Sioux City and attended Heelan High School, graduating in 1950.
She was married to LeRoy Roberts. She worked until retirement at Siemens Inc. in Nevada.
Survivors include her daughter, Paula Curcio; a son, William Scott Roberts; four grandchildren, Ryan, Crystal, Courtney, and Westley, all of Henderson, Nev.; two brothers, Paul (Theresa) Brogan of Issaquah, Wash., and William (Dixie) Brogan of Henderson; a sister, Dorothy (Vincent) Kramper of Dakota City; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her former husband; her parents; and her sister, Sr. Joyce Brogan, O.S.F
