19 May 1964Heart Attack Takes Owner of Bakery
Marion O Hollister, 61, 1014 16th St., owner-operator of Holly's Bakery, 1922 Pierce St. died Tuesday after suffering a heart attack while working in the bakery.
He was born May 22, 1902 in Ashland, Mont., and he had resided here since 1949. He came to Sioux City from Onawa, Iowa. He married Edna Johnson March 18, 1945, in Rockville, Md.
Mr. Hollister was a member of St. John Lutheran church.
Survivors are the widow, a son, Terry; three daughters, Wanda, Rita and Mary at home; his mother, Mrs. A.H. Hoefer of Springfield, Ore.; a brother Merle of Eugene, Ore., and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Bodry of Eugene and Mrs. Vernelia Carr of Santa Cruz, Calif.
The Nelson-Berger Northside Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
