Mrs. Gertrude C. Winkelpleck, 58, died Friday in her home, 2125 South Clinton, after a long illness. An active clubwoman, Mrs. Winkelpleck had been a resident of Sioux City the last 41 years.

Anderson's funeral home is in charge.

Mrs. Winkelpleck was born at Logansport, Ind., April 8, 1880. She was married to William Winkelpleck here in 1899. She was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers auxiliary, the Spanish War Veterans auxiliary and the Kensington club.

Survivors include the widower; a daughter, Mrs. George F. Peterson of Omaha; three sisters, Mrs. J. L. Rimiker and Mrs. W. W. Carney, both of Sioux City, and Mrs. Cora Baart of Chicago; two brothers, 0. B. Donaldson of Sioux Falls, S. D., and John L. Donaldson of Paso Robles, Cal., two granddaughters and a great granddaughter.
