William Johnson, 68, a Sergeant Bluff resident for 50 years, who would have been 69 years olds March 29, died Monday morning in a Sioux City hospital following a long sickness.

For 25 years, Mr. Johnson was employed by the Holman Brick company at Sergeant Bluff.

Surviving are his widow, Emma, and three sons, Charles and Oren of Sioux City, and Abner of Sergeant Bluff.

Christy's funeral home in Morningside has charge of arrangements.
