Frank W. Spencer, 66, long time resident of Sioux City, died Friday at Spencer, Ia., where he had made his home for the last few years.

Funeral.services will be conducted Monday at 2 p. m. in the Mayflower Congregational church of which he was a member, with the Rev. Joseph Steele, Jr., officiating. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery under direction of the Cobb funeral home of Spencer. The body will be brought to Sioux City directly before the services.

Mr, Spencer, born November 15, 1871, in Osceola county, came to Woodbury county when a boy and had resided here until moving to Spencer a few years ago. He was a member of the I. 0. 0. F. lodge.

Survivors include his widow; 2 sons, Harold F. and Earl W., both of Sioux City; a brother, Austin of Sioux City; 2 sisters, Mrs. Tillie Barnes of Lusk, Wyo., and Mrs. Jennie Clark of Baltimore, Md., and 3 grandchildren.
