H. P. Morin, 80, former resident of Sioux City, died in the home of a son, W. J. Morin, at San Francisco, July 5.

Mr. Morin was born in Canada in 1858. He moved to Jefferson, S. D., with his parents when he was 8 years old. In 1881, when he married, he moved to Sioux City, where he lived until 3 years ago.

Survivors include the son, a daughter, Mrs. A. G. LaPierre of Elk Point, S. D., and 5 grandchildren.

The body will arrive at the home of Mrs. LaPierre tonight and funeral services will be conducted at Jefferson Saturday at 9 a. m.
